Philadelphia 76ers DFS SPIN
D’Anthony Melton Had a huge game in the 76ers’ final preseason game against the Hawks. Melton was the leading scorer with 29 points and 6 goals. Melton will look to fill in the absence of James Harden as he will not be with the team on this opening trip.
Milwaukee Bucks DFS SPIN
Giannis Antetokounmpo He looks to be in mid-season form right now after the last set game for the Bucks last Friday. Giannis scored 26 points while going 12-for-18 from the field. Antetokounmpo signed a three-year, $186 million contract extension on Monday that will keep him in Milwaukee through at least the 2027-28 season.

76ers vs Bucks prediction:
This year’s new look Bucks are a force to be reckoned with. With the addition of Damian Lillard, they now have arguably the best pairing in the league with Giannis and Lillard. For the 76ers, Thursday night will usher in a new era with Nick Nurse in charge. It’s been a messy season for the 76ers, mainly with James Harden commenting that he wants to leave Philly, however no deal has been made and now reports suggest he will rejoin the team at some point, but no opener
In this game, the Bucks will be unstoppable on offense this year, but with Lillard replacing Jrue Holiday, it’s a significant decrease defensively. Additionally, for the Sixers without Harden, I would expect to see a better pace of play, while Harden is a great scorer, he slows down the game when he dribbles the ball at the top of the key for 18 seconds. Melton will replace Harden in the starting lineup, and he’s more than the capable scorer he looked great in the preseason. I don’t expect much defense in this game. The game is over.
