The aim of the appeal is to reduce the ban from two games to one. Inzaghi is therefore hoping to have him available for Friday’s away game in Salerno
Inter will hear the appeal against the two-game ban imposed on Danilo D’Ambrosio by the sports judge in the Sports Appeals Court today. The defender missed Inter-Fiorentina on Saturday but Nerazzurri lawyer Angelo Capellini wants to reduce the photo and video disruption to one game. In fact, D’Ambrosio had come into contact with the black and white Paredes at the end of Inter-Juventus, who was stopped by Mastrandrea for a day.
The Inter player had his hands around the Juventus player’s neck (violation detected and reported by referee Chiffi) while the Argentine pulled his left ear (gesture not reported and therefore not penalized with the second round, D’Ambrosio’s move , director present despite the race). Inter will demand the same treatment reserved for Paredes (one shift and a €10,000 fine) and if the appeal is upheld, Danilo Inzaghi is available for Friday’s away game in Salerno.
