Diego Pavia It was a game-winning effort for the third straight week, as he passed for 186 yards, rushed for another 96 yards and threw a pair of touchdown passes. The Albuquerque native has gotten things going since the start of the conference, as he has thrown multiple touchdown passes in five straight games while finding the end zone with his feet in each of the last three games. Pavia has passed for 1,801 yards, 16 touchdowns to five interceptions, and has rushed for 527 yards and four scores in eight starts.

Hank Bachmeier Replaced Jack Turner as QB1 against MTSU, and he finished the game relatively well, going 16/24 for 178 yards with a touchdown. The former Boise QB has been through a lot the past two seasons and it was good to see him back on the field. Bachmeier brings a lot of experience to the position, and if he gets to do it again, look to make the most of his last chance at the college level. Bachmeier has thrown for 934 yards this season with six touchdowns to two interceptions.
